My name is Jordan Crohn Kabins. I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration, and undergraduate degrees in Psychology, Economics, and Business Administration. With a unique blend of academic knowledge, hands-on experience, and specialized training, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to every project.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of clinical, pharmaceutical, and organizational research, specializing in psychiatric indications and vaccine development. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with world-renowned institutions like Harvard and Duke, in addition to leading pharmaceutical companies such as Purdue, Pfizer, Otsuka, Shire, Allergan, and Moderna—gaining deep expertise in healthcare research, strategy, and training.

In addition to my research and leadership roles, I have received medical training from doctors, nurses, and athletic trainers, providing me with a practical understanding of frontline medical care and teamwork under pressure. I have also worked with hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other medical organizations such as surgery centers. This experience has enhanced my ability to train and develop individuals and teams across industries, ensuring they’re equipped to adapt, perform, and excel in complex and high-stakes environments.

I also successfully led a Financial Technology (FinTech) company in the legal industry, gaining critical experience in technology, strategy, and finance across national operations. This diverse consulting background—spanning medical, legal, and business sectors—has given me a comprehensive understanding of what is truly important to individuals and organizations navigating complex challenges.
